2 World Trade Center

Scheduled to open in 2031, 2 World Trade Center will be the global headquarters of American Express, an iconic company that has called Lower Manhattan home for 175 years. Designed by Foster + Partners, the two million square foot building will feature more than an acre of outdoor space, with several greenery-filled terraces and gardens and sweeping views of the Manhattan skyline.

5 World Trade Center

The 900+ foot building, designed by Kohn Pederson Fox, is slated to have 1.2 million square-feet of residential space with 1,200 apartments, of which one-third will be designated as permanently affordable. The mixed-use development will include 10,000 square-feet of non-profit community space, 230,000 square-feet of office space, 55,000 square-feet of public amenity space, and 7,000 square-feet of retail space.
